Details:

The DHCP address as detected by GRUB (0.0.0.0) can't be reused to contact my
TFTP server, resulting in GRUB hanging on any TFTP download attempt. To fix,
I added support for getting the TFTP address from the DHCP server. Works fine
now, even for TFTP and DHCP on different addresses.

For details, see the patch's overly chatty changelog. (Feel free to abridge
same before applying, heh.)
