If I have understood ok your pc loads ntldr and then you choose to boot
GRUB instead of windows... and then grub > appears... but some days ago...
a menu appeared.
If it is as I've understood grub doesn't find its menu.lst. That's because
you have deleted it or your ext2/ext3 linux partition is corrupted? I don't
know. If it's this you will have to do an fsck from a live cd such as
knoppix.
If you have deleted the menu.lst... read the following:
Meanwhile you may try to boot your linux with Boot other OSes -> Boot Linux
-> Boot Linux Manually -> And the appropiate boot and root options using
Super Grub Disk Cdrom (found at http://adrian15.raulete.net/grub/ )
