2.6.12-1.1381_FC3 doesn't boot

hello,


I have a problem to boot my PC,in fact my PC  have 2 partitions ,one have  
WinXP and on
theother Fedora core 3(the old kernel 2.6.9-1.667 and the uptodate one 
2.612-1.1381)


when i boot the machine from the kernel 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3
the following error message is displayed :

but when i boot from the two other (Win XP and kernel 2.6.9-1.667) the PC boots 
propery,

How can i solve the boot problem with 2.6.12-1.1381_FC3 kernel?
