I assume that you installed a Linux distribution on the computer, and 
then blew it away from windows?  I believe you will need to boot from 
the windows install cd and get into the recovery console and issue the 
FIXMBR command to reinstall the windows boot loader.

This is off topic for this list so if you have further questions, I 
suggest you ask them on the appropriate forums for the Linux 
distribution you installed, or possibly a windows help forum.
