Hello !
The new Ubuntu 9.10 has Grub 2 by default. I have downloaded the iso,
booted in the Live cd and installed ubuntu. After the installation, I
reboot, I have the BIOS instructions that's appears in all boots. But
after this I see : "GRUB " and nothing happens.
The old grub "legacy" worked without problems.
My hard drive is very simple :
- sda1 ubuntu "/" 20 GB ext3
- sda2 swap 2 GB
- sda3 Windows XP 20 GB ntfs
- sda4 data (music..) 70 GB ntfs
Thanks.
Yassine
PS: Can I install Karmic Koala with the old grub ?
PS: Sorry, my english is bad.
