Greetings, I think grub2 has been a far better improvement over
grub-legacy and thanks for making this happen.
There is one nifty feature in grub-legacy and that is setting grub to
sda and is done at the >grub prompt. Namely, root (hd0,x); setup (hd0).
In grub2 this is done at the OS terminal by
sudo grub-install --root-directory=/media/partitionname /dev/sda
Is there a method where this can be done at the sh:grub> prompt without
needing to boot into the OS?
