Details:

Appleloader will not boot from CD, hard drive etc. in 64 bit efi mode on my
13" Macbook pro 8.1 late 2011. As best I can tell, the memory map has a
different start address than the most recent model supported by grub. I
extracted the correct info in OSX and added a new devpath to appleloader.c,
which works for me without issue booting from CD and HD.

I have tested the patch on a 13" and a 15" macbook pro late 2011 and it worked
without any problems.

Apologies if this is not the right place to submit this, or it's already been
fixed somewhere. Patch attached.
