Details:

Using bzr revno 4206 in a clean (Debian sid) environment (cdebootstrap +
apt-get build-dep grub2) "make check" fails 22 of 28 tests after a successful
./autogen.sh ; ./configure ; make

Previous debugging attempts lead me to think that the problem stemmed from the
"make check" ending up calling the built-grub-mkrescue which in turn tries to
source ${prefix}/share/grub/grub-mkconfig_lib which does not exist here as
there is no grub2 installed.   If I "make install" then "make check" will pass
all tests.

I'm not really sure what is useful to report here so I'm just including the
list of tests passed/failed, the list of packages installed in the system and
the list of commands I ran to get here.
