Details:

As stated in this bug: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=865227
there seem to be an issue in grub2 implementation that don't permit to fully
use the "grub2-reboot" utility.
I think (if not possible to correct) that the man page for the utility should
be revised adding conditions where the utility can be used documenting
limitations (if working as designed)
