Details:
At the grub prompt if one issues the 'help' command, half the output
flies off the screen, except if the user owns a very tall terminal.
Therefore at the bottom of the help output, please add a line:
If there is too much help to fit on screen, do “set pager=1” before
executing “help”.
Logic: help is the most basic command.
If it flies off the screen it is not much help.
