Details:
Hello,
I have tried to update from 2.04 to 2.06 under arch linux. I installed on one
machine with no problems. This machine uses coreboot "bios". The second
machine uses an asus proprietary bios and has a problem with the new code.
When I install the new grub boot loader and run grub-mkconfig and grub-install
everything works. When I go to reboot the machine, I get thrown into grub
rescue and get a "grub_is_lockdown command not found" error.
Unfortunately this is all from memory as I am currently on the machine with
the error after moving back to 2.04. I will try going back to 2.06 to debug
this if need be.
Sincerely,
Chris Gorman
