[Bug-guile-ncurses] All tests fail when built out of source.

I find it rather annoying that make check can't work unless the 
source directory and the build directory are one and the same.

cd
tar -xzf guile-ncurses.tar.gz

mkdir /tmp/guile-ncurses-build
cd !$

$HOME/configure
make
make check
