OK. This is a problem with the guile.m4 I'll see what I can do, but,
it may be a problem with upstream Guile.

The skipped tests are skipped on purpose, because they don't work
reliably over the various operating systems and version of ncurses.
The four failing tests -- the keyname and terminal name tests --
say that your keys and terminals aren't named what I expected. This
is curious, but, not really a worry. I'll check it out.
