Please try configuring Guile with the option "--enable-ltdl-install".
That will install a slightly bug fixed version of libltdl that Guile
uses for loading shared libraries, such as libguilereadline-v-12.
It might also help to include /usr/local/lib in LD_LIBRARY_PATH, but
this shouldn't be necessary on Debian GNU/Linux.
