guile-1.6.3: build feedback: a workaround for an earlier failure

I just got a successful build of guile-1.6.3 on

        Sun SPARC               Solaris 2.8

by adding --without-libtool to the configure run.  This presumably
will fix the Solaris 2.7 and 2.9 build problems as well, since
they failed in the same as as on 2.8.
