I don't normally add tests that will immediately fail, but this one is a bit obscure and might otherwise be forgotten. (It's a real bug though, it breaks my charting program.)
Sounds OK to me. You could make this an "expected" failure - which would increase the risk of us forgetting the problem, but also show that we are aware of it - but ideally the bug will be fixed soon, so it won't matter much either way.
