Details:
Contrary to what the help says, there is no way to instruct guile to listen to
another port than the default one:
% guile --listen=12345
unknown argument to --listenUsage: guile [OPTION]... [FILE]...
Evaluate Scheme code, interactively or from a script.
(...)
--listen[=P] Listen on a local port or a path for REPL clients.
If P is not given, the default is local port 37146.
