bug#41302: Django 3 dependencies list

I might call it for this one.  I need more time spent becoming proficient with guile, then time with all the internals required for packaging because there's a lot there and it isn't well documented.  I'm absolutely sure there's some gotcha documentation that exists and is technically complete, but not something I can 'just' find and use without being told I'm doing something wrong.  Actually, most of my interactions with guix, which generally friendly, have still boiled down to "you're wrong".  It is exhausting.

Please do send a patch if/when you get around to it, one per updated
package.  It should be tested that their dependents (guix refresh -l
the-updated-package-name) can still build fine after bumping them.  In
the meantime, I'll close these various tickets, since it's not clear
there's an actual bug (outdated software is unfortunately a reality).

Thanks for the report,

Maxim
