Hello, you could try follow substitute mirrors if ci doesn't works:

ci mirror:       https://mirror.sjtu.edu.cn/guix/
bordeaux:        https://bordeaux.guix.gnu.org
bordeaux mirror: https://bordeaux-singapore-mirror.cbaines.net
bordeaux mirror: https://bordeaux-us-east-mirror.cbaines.net
