[bug-gv] gv on HP-UX 11.0

Running HP-UX 11.0, used gcc 3.4.2 to compile gv.

It seems that when I display a postscript file with gv 3.6.1, do whatever with
it and then exit gv, the gs command is left running as a running process.  It
doesn't seem to be using cpu, but I just looked at the processes list and there
were 45 ghostscripts running.

So I switched back to 3.5.8 version, that I had used for a long time and lo and
behold it does it too!

Any help appreciated.
