Details:

Tested on version: cvs head

Problem: When selecting a different postscript interpreter in "state -
Ghostscript options" (not changing anything else!) and selecting apply,
nothing happens.

Expected result: When changing any item in this dialog, a new instance of the
postscript interpreter should be started.

Workaround: Save changes, shut down gv and restart it.

Possible solution: Apply the attached patch.
