Applied Bernhard's fix to CVS together with a small regression fix. See
Changelog for more details.
In GNU gv 3.6.7 (and all of its prereleases this bug will be fixed.
The debugging output in Vlst.c is changed so it will only be pinted if and
only if the option "--debug" is given at the command line.
