[bug-gv] Build issue for gv 3.6.7 under Mac OS X

Hi there,

I saw the update for gv on Freshmeat. So I went off to build it under Mac OS X. I get the following error (both for Mac OS X 10.4.11 and 10.5.6 PPC/Intel):

Are we missing a header file?
