I've recently done a fresh install of Kubuntu 9.10 (previous was 6.0.6)
and gv is now a step slower. I mostly use gv to view .ps files I
create. Each file can have upwards of 100s of pages. In the past I
could page forward or back very quickly, with the window refreshing
instantly. It now takes ~0.5 sec to refresh the window. The last time
something like this happened it was the anti-alias setting. I'm hopeful
there might be a similarly easy fix this time.
