[bug-gv] Line on pagedown

Once there was a line to get back homewards, naah, but to see where the 
previous view ended on paging down, alas it has gone some time ago.  I liked 
it, because opposed to Adobe Reader or xpdf I had a quick orientation where to 
read on.

I suppose I'm not the only one, but I haven't quickly found any discussion 
about it.

And I can't imagine there's significant reason against the line.

I'd like to have it again.
