Bug in Date time and printer setting please guide and help us.

Hi Sir/Madam

We are getting the below mail for setting up date and time on Ubuntu 
also we are not able to set the print so please guide us for both to set 
the date and time and print on ubuntu.

Below is the error on going to link /usr/bin/system-config-date:

ImportError: No module named glade


Please guide and help us regarding our query to set the date time and 
printer on our ubuntu one our desktop.
