I see the manual up to date, and obsolete make target gone. Reuben,
you are a star. Thank you for help.
All left to do is to sort out permission problem (leave it to me), and
improve web-manual-update target to to fail fast. I heard you are
busy, so the later may be something I will look when on Christmas
holiday.
