The memory could not be read

Hi,

I'm using Windos NT binaries client and server side. When I use htc on my
laptop in somewhere LAN and using a static IP Address, it works perfectly.
And when I use the same laptop with exactly the same configuration except
using DHCP to get my IP address in a different LAN, I get this error:

The instruction at '<address>' referenced memory at '<address>'.
The memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.

Any idea
