possible bug - cygwin version of htc

Hi -

When calling htc through a proxy (winNT/cygwin
binaries), the address that it connects to (shown
under a high debug level) is different from the
address that I pass in under -P.  

For example, if I call
  htc -D -P 168.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080 -F 22 myhost.com:8888

the debug statement says something like
connect (137.yyy.yyy.yyy).

The 137.xxx address doesn't match either the proxy or
the remote host.
