failure or i'm doing wrong?

Hello!

 

My name is taviroquai and I'm a portuguese student.

I'm writing because i'm trying to use HTTPTunnel but i'm having problems...

 

My situation is that i'm using windowsXP, i'm on a subnet with a proxy that have a firewall blocking all connections except on port 8080.

 

I'm trying to telnet to a game hesperia-mud.org on port 7000 but the firewall doesn't let me... and to use httptunnel (NT version) i make this:

 

htc -F 23 -P proxy.cm-tavira.pt:8080 hesperia-mud.org:7000

 

and then

 

telnet hesperia-mud.org 23

 

but doesn't work...

What i'm doing wrong?

 

Note: I've tryied a software called Hopster (www.hopster.com) that works fine (for example: mirc...)

 

Buy the way, which are the commands to work with other connections?
