Http tunnel sever don't start

hello

I have setup a server which should run as tunnel server and other services

my problem is after i run:

hts -F localhost:22 8080

and then run this on client:
htc -F 22 jobbe.zapto.og:8080
ssh -D localhost:8888 localhost

and i then try connect with my tunnel then nothing happen... im still
running without a server
I have tested this on a closed network and im still trapped behind a
damn router..
