Doesn't matter. If it's only touching one dir, I usually do diffs in that
dir. We should check that, and because you use context diffs, there usually
isn't a problem even if the file names happen to match.
One thing you can do is write the directoryname before the changelog:
pthreads/
2002-05-23 Foo Bar ...
