make clean seems to delete 'acconfig.h' which doesn't seem to be
generated file....
The logs(2001/10/03) for Makefile.in moves cpu.h to bogus/ and
to stop deleting of 'config.h', but....
The patch from the day before:

says to not remove acconfig.h and cpus.h...
was the 'ac' prefix lost in the commit?
(Though also not deleting config.h seems correct here too...)
