You will have to wait for L4-Hurd port. L4 exists for the ARM, but I
don't know which platforms. I think not many people are interested in
GNUMach anymore. (But if you can get a working Mach, like OSF mach,
for the Acorn RiscPC you can try booting GNU/Hurd on top of that).
