suprise, as we are both complete strangers. I am Mr. Edward O. Keney, director 
Union of London and Smith Bank Ltd.

Since the demise of this our customer, we have made several enquiries to your 
embassy to locate any of my clients extended relatives, this has also proved

one has come to claim his funds of USD.25.504 million dollars which has been 
with my branch for a very long time. On this note, I decided to seek for whom 
his name shall be used as the next of kin as no one has come up to be the next 
of kin. And the banking ethics here does not allow such money to stay more than 
Seven years,the money will be recalled to the bank treasury as unclaimed and 
subsequently forfieted after this period. 
I will not fail to bring to your notice that this business is hitch free and 
that you should not entertain any fear as all modalities for fund transfer can 
be finalized within eight banking days, after the bank has accepted all 
documentations presented by you regarding the late Mr. Robert Ebner.I guarantee 
that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you 
from any breach of the law
