Not at all. The user context would provide a "ask the user a
question" call. The filesystem would say "ask the user question X",
and then the user context (chosen by the *user*) would ask the user
however is right. It could even decide that this is the sort of
question that has a default answer for this user and no prompting is
even necessary.
