That's certainly a very good idea, and if you don't mind a latecomer,
please add a link to the Hurd project ideas; similar to
<https://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/ideas-2017.html#hurd>.  (I can
also supply a patch/pull request, if that's helpful.)  I'll also set up a
cross-link to your page, later.

Justus offered to be a mentor this year (if not otherwise, you may know
him from his presentation in the FOSDEM Microkernel devroom -- I know you
couldn't attend yourself this year, unfortunately).

Myself, I'm also willing to help review proposals, or try to help with
any admin tasks (but likely again won't be able to commit to being a
full-time mentor).
