Ah, yes, we have a break loop. Which versions do you have of hurd and
libc0.3?
You can probably find an upgrade path by upgrading first libc0.3 to
version 2.31-13+hurd.1 which you can get from
deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-ports/20210809T135920Z/
unreleased main
I'll upload a glibc with a fixed break so no more people will encounter
it.
