Out of line memory continues to use mach_port_name_t since that memory has to be copied to the kernel anyway. wouldn't they just become almost an alias to copyin/copyout, plus setting msg size? (as in the 32-bit case)
In that case probably copy_user.c is not needed anymore, on a full 64-bit system, and would be also simpler than this change.
