Build Kawa using ant

>From my extensive Java and Ant exprience: Ant versions are very incompatible
between each other, and your instructions at the above [1] url have to mention
which exact branch (major version) of Ant must be used. And, maybe which
minor/micro version(s) of Ant was/were tested. Otherwise, the ant build
process will very probably not work.

I should note that I did not yet attempt Kawa ant build yet.

NB The reason is: Before build, one must know which exact version string of
Ant to use, to set up the ant build environment for the given OSS project. For
building different OSS systems, different ant version strings are necessary.

Please update the section in question at the Kawa site [1], this is
important. This issue must be dealt with somehow.
