[Bug-librejs] Fix for #48419 and question about development process

Hello,
I've created a new branch [0] which contains a fix for a particular
bug filed against LibreJS [1].

My question that goes along with this branch is, what is the current
process for submitting patches to LibreJS? This branch merges cleanly
with the master branch and builds cleanly.
