It is a bug, indeed, similar to another one we already fixed a couple
months ago (https://pagure.io/librejs/pull-request/15): navigating a URL
which includes the hash component (#something) apparently still resets
the collected script information for the tab, under some circumstances.
I'm investigating and will fix it in next release.
