that is very likely - many sites behave that way
a typical "whitelist" procedure goes like so:
1) librejs blocks some scripts
2) user clicks "whitelist" and reloads the page
3) the newly whitelisted scripts run
and attempt to load more scripts,
which librejs never saw previously
4) librejs blocks some of those scripts
5) user clicks "whitelist" and reloads the page
(repeat from (2))
6) (3) and (4) likely happen again
several iterations of (2)->(3)->(4) are often required
