Actually, these are just pointers to functions, that are indeed
defined in libltdl.  We should probably move them into the libtool
namespace, prepending lt_dl and appending _fn to their names.  Ditto
(prepending only) for last_error, and any other static variables we
should use.


Edouard, I'm curious...  Why did you choose to append `_cb' to their
names?  I can't make any sense out of `cb' :-)
