Greeting hard-worker libtool maintainers and developers,
There are a couple small problems I have noticed since I've
upgraded to Fedora Core 5 (which ships libtool-1.5.22):
- There's a bug report saying that it does something wrong
under mips-irix, where earlier versions did work. The details
are here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=343487
- The other, annoying one, is that I've noticed that now if I
"make install" in my module, the binary wrappers created by
libtool link to the installed version. So I cannot continue
development&testing cycles. I have to "make uninstall" to get
back to the previous behavior, or do "make install" everytime I
want to test the library... Is it expected behavior? Have I
changed something myself without knowing it? If not, is there a
way to get the previous behavior back?
Thanks,
