cvs-hackers reference on libtool web page

http://www.gnu.org/software/libtool has this text:

    If you want to mirror the entire Libtool cvs repository, we provide
    an anonymous rsync server at
    rsync://cvs.sv.gnu.org/sources/libtool/. Please contact
    address@hidden if you do publicly mirror the repository, so
    that we can list your name here.

address@hidden is an old address that hasn't been maintained for
years.  (It'll go away soon.)

One possibility is just to delete the paragraph, since it seems no one
has ever done the mirroring.  Seems rather unlikely to mirror the CVS ...

But if you want to keep it open, please replace the cvs-hackers
reference with some libtool-related address, since updating the web page
is your purview :).
