On FreeBSD 10.1 x86_64, 1 failure:

    FAIL: test-striconveh

with a printf I see errno was 22=EINVAL .

No failures on (x86_64):

 OpenBSD 5.7, 5.6, 5.5
 NetBSD 6.1.4

No failures on OpenSolaris 5.11 intel+sparc.


On OpenIndiana (Illumos/OpenSolaris-like),
build fails with:
