The license statement is found in the README file; the README file has been
updated.
The files COPYING and COPYING.LIB are unmodified copies of the respective
licenses from the Free Software Foundation. This is intentional. This is what
you need in order to understand the details of the license. But, as said above,
the license statement for GNU libunistring as a package is in the README file.
