This isn't the right fix, though. $builddir/lily/out should be added
to CPPFLAGS before this test. You can do that manually:
CPPFLAGS=-I`pwd`/lily/out ../src/lilypond-x.y.z/configure
or add it to stepmake/aclocal.m4
