This has gone while upgrading to CVS 2002-08-18 09:13, but the
bug reported by Graham

  (lilypond.cps
  ! Extra }, or forgotten \endgroup.

is still there.  It is caused by an empty cindex entry in
lilypond-book.itely.  Patch below.
